Contemporary cedar deck

Madame Bérard’s project was a collaboration with Hakuna Aménagement paysager. The patio measures 7’x21’ with an oversized staircase that does not fit in front of the size of the paving stone. The access platform to the garage and the clothesline measures 10’x12’ in an L shape. The deck structures are made of Terra treated wood, with a Joistguard membrane. The largest deck is mounted on Vistech piles. The installation of the cedar planks for the finish is done with a system of hidden screws for a very contemporary look. The closing of the deck with openwork planks in the lower part allows a nice storage space.
